I'm Sorted is designed to help users scan, understand and manage important documents.
Information We Collect
- Email address for account creation and login.
- Documents and images you choose to scan or upload.
- Text extracted from documents using OCR.
- AI-generated summaries, actions and appointment information.
- Reminder and calendar information when you choose to use those features.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide document scanning, AI analysis, reminders, calendar support, accessibility features and account services.
AI Processing
Documents may be processed by AI services to generate summaries, detect appointments, identify actions and answer questions about document content.
Document Storage
Documents may be stored locally on your device and, in future versions, securely synced using cloud storage linked to your account.
Calendar and Notifications
If you allow access, I'm Sorted can add appointments to your device calendar and send local reminder notifications.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may only be shared with service providers required to operate the app, such as authentication, storage, OCR or AI processing services.
Delete Account
You may request account deletion by contacting us at help@imsorted.co.uk. In-app account deletion is planned.
