By creating an account or using I'm Sorted, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
AI-Generated Information
I'm Sorted uses artificial intelligence to analyse documents, emails, financial information and user questions.
AI-generated summaries, reminders, appointment detection, email insights and assistant responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Users should always verify important information against original sources.

I'm Sorted does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, medical advice or professional advice of any kind.
Money Assistant provides informational summaries only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
Document summaries, email insights and appointment detection are provided for convenience only.
Documents and OCR
Users may upload documents, PDFs and images for scanning and analysis. OCR and AI processing may not always correctly interpret content.
Users remain responsible for checking all information contained within their original documents.
Gmail Integration
If you choose to connect Gmail, I'm Sorted may access Gmail data solely for the purpose of generating email insights, identifying important messages and supporting assistant features.
Gmail integration is optional and can be disconnected by the user.
Open Banking and Money Assistant
If you choose to connect a bank account, I'm Sorted uses TrueLayer to securely access banking information with your permission.
Money Assistant may analyse transactions to identify subscriptions, recurring bills, possible savings opportunities and items worth reviewing.
I'm Sorted does not provide banking services, payment services or regulated financial advice.
Subscriptions
I'm Sorted may offer Free, Personal and Family subscription plans.
Personal Plan: £4.99 per month.
Family Plan: £9.99 per month for up to 5 users where available.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play and associated billing providers. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the relevant app store.
Premium Features
Certain features, including Gmail integration, Open Banking, Money Assistant and advanced assistant features, may require a paid subscription.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for checking appointments, reminders, bills, emails, financial information and AI-generated summaries before acting upon them.
You must not misuse the service, upload unlawful content or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature or by following the account deletion instructions provided on our website.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Features that rely on third-party providers may be affected by outages or service interruptions beyond our control.
